All Mentra Live orders ship via ground transport only. Air freight (including 2-day air and overnight shipping) is not available for this product because Mentra Live contains a lithium battery, which has shipping restrictions for air transport.
What to expect after ordering
Once your order is placed, it is typically fulfilled within 12–24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Ground shipping within the United States usually takes 2–7 business days after your order ships.
Tracking your order
Your tracking email may show ShipBob as the sender — this is normal. ShipBob is Mentra's fulfillment partner and handles warehousing and shipping on our behalf. Your tracking number will work on the carrier's website.
Can I change my shipping address?
Because orders are fulfilled quickly (within 12–24 hours), there is a very short window to make address changes. If you need to update your shipping address, contact support as soon as possible at support@mentraglass.com. Once an order has been picked and shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
International shipping
International shipping (outside the United States) is not yet available. We plan to begin international shipments in mid-2026. Check mentraglass.com for the latest availability.
