When your tracking shows 'Shipping Label Created' or 'Label Created,' it means:
- Your order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated
- The package hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet
This status is normal and expected. Here's what typically happens next:
- ShipBob (our fulfillment warehouse) creates labels for orders imported before 12pm local time
- Packages are picked starting at 10am and handed to carriers throughout the day
- Once the carrier scans the package, tracking will update to 'In Transit'
What to do:
- Check the tracking link again in 24-48 hours
- Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not be real-time
- Your package is on its way even if tracking hasn't updated yet
