Batch 1 includes the first 1,000 orders placed before January 15, 2026. These orders began shipping on February 15, 2026.
Batch 2 includes all orders after the first 1,000. These orders are shipping in March 2026.
Your order number alone doesn't always indicate which batch you're in, because:
- Some order numbers may be higher than 1,000 but still qualify for Batch 1
- International orders (which aren't shipping until mid-2026) don't count toward the Batch 1 limit
- Internal system orders and test orders may create gaps in numbering
