Address changes depend on your order's current status:
Before Your Order Ships
Contact our support team at support@mentraglass.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been picked and packed yet, we can update the address in our system.
After Your Order Ships
Once the package is handed to the carrier, the address can no longer be changed by Mentra. However, you may be able to contact the carrier directly to request an address change:
- Check your tracking number and carrier information in your shipping confirmation email
- Contact the carrier (such as CIRRO, UPS, or USPS) directly with your tracking number
- Some carriers can redirect packages once they're in transit
Note: Only Mentra (as the shipper) can contact CIRRO for changes. For other carriers like UPS or USPS, you can contact them directly as the recipient.
