If you ordered multiple pairs of Mentra Live glasses in different colors, they may ship separately:
- Transparent glasses typically ship first
- Black glasses may ship in a separate shipment
Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Both tracking numbers will be associated with your original order number.
You'll receive shipping confirmation emails for each shipment with the corresponding tracking link. All items are still part of your original order—they're just being sent in separate packages.
