Can Mentra Live pair with more than one phone

For best reliability, pair Mentra Live with one phone at a time. If you switch phones, remove the pairing from the old phone first so the glasses do not reconnect unexpectedly.

Step by step

1. On the old phone, open Bluetooth settings and forget Mentra Live
2. Close the Mentra app on the old phone
3. On the new phone, install the Mentra app and sign in
4. Turn on Bluetooth
5. Pair the glasses from the Mentra app using the standard setup flow

Tips and notes

• During the switch, turn Bluetooth off on the old phone to prevent reconnection
• Keep the glasses near the new phone during the first connection
• Keep the Mentra app open while pairing

If something goes wrong

• If the new phone cannot find the glasses, restart Mentra Live and retry
• If the old phone keeps reconnecting, forget the device again and restart Bluetooth
