Step by step
- Move Mentra Live within arm's reach of your phone.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and on in your phone settings.
- Force close the Mentra app and reopen it.
- Power Mentra Live off and on (press and hold the top button for 2 seconds).
- If you've previously paired these glasses, forget "Mentra Live" in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Return to the Mentra app and start pairing again.
Tips
- Keep your phone close and the Mentra app open during the entire pairing process.
- On Android, accept all permission prompts (Bluetooth, nearby devices, microphone, notifications).
- Avoid pairing in crowded wireless environments if possible.
- It's best to pair Mentra Live with one phone at a time. If switching phones, forget Mentra Live on the old phone first.
If the glasses still don't appear after multiple attempts, restart your phone and try again. If the issue persists, contact Mentra support.
