Currently, Mentra Live ships to US addresses only.
We plan to aggressively expand international shipping in the second half of 2026, with a continuous country-by-country rollout. Canada is expected to be included in the next few months.
However, Mentra Live works globally once you have it. If you have access to a US shipping address (such as a friend, colleague, or mail forwarding service), you can have your order delivered there. Once the device is delivered to a US address, the order is considered fulfilled, and you would need to arrange any onward transport independently.
